Eating meat and dairy has been bothering me for some time, and I want to move away from it. So this is my first weekly shop with (almost- butter and chocolate are too big to think about right now) vegan foods, and I gotta say, I’m already really into it. I got way more food for my budget than I usually do, I was shocked when it was delivered. This is more than a weeks food and I got some luxuries too
The problem is, I don’t have much imagination when it comes to knowing what to cook. I’m missing cheese, especially. Last night for dinner I just ate a packet of sugar snap peas. That isn’t really sustainable, I need to be able to cook vegetables 😁 so when I find any good cheap recipes, I’m gonna note them here. It’s much easier being vegan when I’m eating out 😁 so, wish me luck!!
Oh, and my first observation btw: almond milk isn’t very nice to drink. I’ll see if it’s nice for other things
